1. Remote assistance is provided with the use of BeyondTrust software, property of BeyondTrust Corporation. This 3rd party software is used by Retail IT to provide remote assistance.
2. You grant Retail IT technical support representative full access to your system to perform actions necessary for the purpose of technical support. Such actions may include:
• Reproducing an issue/error encountered by customer
• Installing, activating and changing settings of installed products;
• Changing Windows settings that prevent products from functioning correctly;
• Screen recording of a remote session which will be stored for 90 days.
Note: Retail IT support representative might transfer any files FROM customers’ computer during remote assistance.
